InDesign 2027 Catalogue Refresh – 100 Pages

I’m updating our 100-page product catalogue and already have the complete InDesign package with all linked images and fonts. The job is to replace a batch of new photos, slot in updated product copy, and reshape several page layouts so everything stays clean, consistent, and on-brand.

Here’s the flow: I’ll supply you with the replacement images and revised text. Many of the photos will need basic editing or resizing to fit the existing grid, and a few spreads may need fresh layout ideas to improve visual balance. Once every page is revised, you’ll adjust the spine width if the final page count or paper weight shifts, then run a full pre-flight to deliver a press-ready PDF (CMYK, bleed, crop marks) plus the packaged InDesign files.

Deliverables:
• Updated InDesign file, fully linked and packaged
• Print-ready PDF meeting commercial press specs, correct spine size confirmed
• Clear summary of any layout or image adjustments made

Acceptance criteria: all links embedded, no missing fonts, pre-flight errors at zero, colours converted to CMYK, and the finished PDF passes my printer’s checklist on first review.
