HelmsBriscoe is expanding its reach across Europe, the Middle East and Africa and is bringing on independent contractors—Associates—who will own the full life-cycle of meeting and event venue sourcing for their self-generated client base. You decide where to prospect, which industries to target, and how quickly to scale; HelmsBriscoe provides the global purchasing power, proprietary research tools, contracting templates, and billing support that make winning and servicing accounts easier.

Day to day, you will qualify meeting requirements, research hotels and unique venues worldwide, build RFPs, compare bids, negotiate rates & concessions, and present polished proposals back to your clients. Because all services are cost-free to the buyer (our compensation comes from the venue after a contract is signed), the sales conversation is consultative rather than transactional—an advantage when approaching new prospects.

Our immediate priority is coverage in both Europe, the Middle East and Africa, so familiarity with corporate cultures, local venue landscapes, and multilingual client communication is highly valuable. Fluency in English is essential; any additional European, African or Middle-Eastern language is a plus.

This opportunity is commission-based with uncapped earning potential and no geographic exclusivity.
