We are looking for an experienced Indeed Job Posting Expert who can guide our team on Indeed employer account operations, job posting requirements and compliance with Indeed's job posting policies.

Responsibilities
Guide us through Indeed Employer account operations and job posting procedures.
Explain Indeed's job posting policies, quality standards and employer requirements.
Review our proposed job descriptions, titles, locations and compensation details before publication.
Advise on posting remote vacancies for candidates in different countries.
Help us understand account verification and business documentation requirements.
Identify potential reasons for job posting rejections and recommend compliant corrections.
Guide us on Sponsored Jobs and advertising requirements.
Provide practical recommendations to avoid job posting quality issues and account restrictions.
Assist with understanding Indeed support responses and appeal procedures when necessary.
Required Experience
Proven experience managing Indeed Employer accounts.
Strong understanding of Indeed Job Posting Standards and Quality Guidelines.
Experience with international recruitment and remote job postings.
Knowledge of employer verification and account review processes.
Experience handling job posting rejections and policy-related issues.
