I’ll give you full access to the current build, the analytics we’ve gathered, and short screen-recordings that show exactly where users hesitate—most of the friction happens in the checkout process. The overall iconography already resonates with our audience, so I want that visual language preserved. Everything else is open for a refresh: typography, colour accents, spacing, hierarchy, and, most importantly, a navigation flow that feels natural on both iOS and Android.

Here’s what I need from you:
• A modernised design system built in Figma (or Sketch if you prefer) that my developers can implement screen-by-screen without a full-scale relaunch.
• Revised wireframes for the key funnels, with special attention to streamlining checkout.
• High-fidelity mock-ups and exportable assets organised into hand-off-ready pages so engineering can drop them straight into Jira.
• A concise style guide outlining components, states, and interaction patterns so future iterations stay consistent.

To be considered, show me examples of mobile apps where you simplified complex flows or increased conversion—your experience solving similar UX challenges is what I’ll weigh most heavily. If everything clicks, I’m happy to move forward in phased milestones tied to live roll-outs.
