Incognito Android Browser, Minimalist UI

I need a lightweight Android browser built around permanent Incognito mode, so no history, cookies, or cache are ever stored. The overall look should stay clean and clutter-free; think a single address/search bar, slim toolbar, and nothing that distracts from the page content.

Although the interface must stay minimalist, I still want users to be able to tweak it—simple theme or accent-color switches, the ability to move or hide the toolbar, and a setting to choose the default search engine will be enough.

Please build on standard Android WebView (Kotlin or Java in Android Studio) and keep the codebase well-commented. I will need:
• Release-ready APK
• Full source code with build instructions
• A short README outlining how the incognito implementation works and which UI elements are customizable

I’ll test by installing the APK on Android 10-14 devices and checking that no browsing data persists between sessions and that the customization options reflect instantly without bloating the UI.
