INC-22 & Auditor Appointment

I am ready to update my Private Limited Company’s registered office address—still within the same city—and to formalise this year’s auditor appointment. All supporting documents for Form INC-22 have been collated, signed, and converted to MCA-compliant PDFs, and my DSC is active.

Your role is to review the papers for completeness, prepare and upload Form INC-22 on the MCA portal, then move straight to drafting the required board resolution, preparing Form ADT-1, and completing the auditor appointment filing.

Deliverables
• MCA-validated Form INC-22 filed, with SRN, challan, and acknowledgment
• Drafted board resolution and filed Form ADT-1 for auditor appointment, plus corresponding SRN
• Short hand-over note on any post-filing follow-ups or deadlines
