In-House SaaS Contract Counsel for USA

We are a German B2B SaaS company with a US entity, looking for a US-qualified commercial lawyer or boutique firm to support us on an ongoing, on-demand basis. This is a long-term engagement for someone who wants to understand our business and give practical, business-oriented legal advice.

Scope of work:

Reviewing, drafting and redlining SaaS customer contracts (MSAs, subscription agreements, DPAs)
Reviewing and negotiating supplier agreements
Supporting commercial contract negotiations
Advising on multi-state US contract law and commercial contract risks
Reviewing our standard templates against US market standards

Requirements:

Licensed to practice law in US
Proven experience with SaaS or technology contracts, ideally in-house
Experience with DPAs and US data privacy requirements
Strong written English and responsiveness
Some availability during German business hours (CET) is a plus
