Improve Cleanliness for Better Google Reviews

My restaurant’s Google rating is being held back by comments about the dining area’s cleanliness, so I’m focusing on that single issue first. I need clear, actionable guidance that will elevate the front-of-house standards and translate into five-star reviews.

Here’s what I’m looking for:
• A practical audit of the dining space—floors, tables, windows, touch-points—identifying exactly what reviewers tend to notice and how to fix it fast.
• An easy-to-follow cleaning and maintenance checklist my team can run several times a day without disrupting service.
• Staff training materials or a quick workshop outline that builds new habits and keeps everyone accountable.
• Simple metrics and follow-up schedule so I can track cleanliness improvements against incoming Google reviews.

If you’ve lifted review scores for other restaurants, especially through cleanliness initiatives, I’d love to see examples or quick before-and-after snapshots. Let’s focus strictly on the dining area for now; success there will set the stage for additional projects in the kitchen and restrooms later.
