Import 1,000 Amazon Products to Shopify Through AutoDS – Complete Listings, Categories & Automation Setup

Project Description

I am looking for an experienced Shopify and AutoDS freelancer to create and import **1,000 product listings from Amazon using AutoDS**.

I will provide all 1,000 Amazon product links. Your responsibility will be to import the products through AutoDS, ensure every listing is accurate and complete, organise products into the correct categories and subcategories, and configure all supported automation features.

This project requires careful attention to detail. I do not want incomplete product listings, incorrect descriptions, distorted images, formatting problems, missing specifications, or products assigned to the wrong categories.

## Scope of Work

### 1. Import Products Through AutoDS
- Import all 1,000 products using the Amazon product links I provide.
- Ensure products are imported correctly through AutoDS into my existing Shopify store.
- Match the correct Amazon product, including its relevant variants, options, and specifications.
- Avoid duplicate listings.
- Verify that each product is successfully imported and published or assigned the agreed Shopify status.
- Report any unavailable products, broken links, unsupported products, or import errors.

### 2. Complete and Accurate Product Listings
Every product listing must be professionally formatted and contain all relevant information available from the source, including:

- Accurate and descriptive product title.
- Complete, well-written, long product description.
- Key features and benefits.
- Detailed product specifications, preferably arranged in a clean specification table where appropriate.
- Correct product images, including additional gallery images where available.
- Correct variants, options, dimensions, sizes, colours, and other relevant attributes.
- Accurate pricing and other available product information.
- Correct SKU or product identifiers where supported and available.

Do not leave important information blank when it is available from the source. Do not invent product specifications or make unsupported claims.

### 3. Product Images and Visual Quality
- Ensure all product images are relevant to the correct product.
- Preserve the original image proportions and aspect ratios.
- No stretched, squashed, pixelated, distorted, or incorrectly cropped images.
- Ensure product images display properly on desktop and mobile devices.
- Check that the main image and additional gallery images load correctly.
- Maintain consistent, professional presentation across all listings.

### 4. Product Categories, Subcategories and Collections
- Assign every product to the correct parent category and relevant subcategory.
- Follow the category structure and hierarchy I provide.
- Ensure Shopify product types, collections, and category assignments are consistent with the agreed structure.
- Check that breadcrumb navigation and category hierarchy work correctly wherever supported by my theme and store configuration.
- Ensure no products are left uncategorised or assigned to irrelevant categories.
- Avoid creating unnecessary duplicates or incorrectly named categories and collections.

### 5. Product Description Formatting and Theme Compatibility
- Ensure descriptions display cleanly and consistently on the Shopify shopfront.
- Use readable headings, bullet points, spacing, and specification tables where appropriate.
- Avoid inconsistent fonts, unexpected font sizes, broken HTML, excessive spacing, and unwanted styling copied from the source.
- Ensure text is not cut off, overlapping, or difficult to read.
- Verify that tables and product details display properly on desktop and mobile.
- Set the product theme template to `template-left-thumbs` for every product where applicable and supported by the existing theme.
- Check several listings on the live shopfront or preview before completing the project.

### 6. AutoDS Automation Configuration
Configure all relevant automation features available under my existing AutoDS plan and supported by the selected supplier, including:

- Automatic stock and inventory monitoring.
- Price monitoring and updates.
- Agreed pricing rules and profit margins, where supported.
- Product availability monitoring.
- Order synchronisation and automation, where supported and appropriate.
- Tracking and fulfilment updates, where supported.
- Any other relevant product management automation included in my subscription.

Test the applicable features and confirm which automations are active. Clearly identify any features that require additional subscriptions, paid add-ons, or supplier support before incurring extra costs.

### 7. Quality Assurance and Final Verification
Before marking the project complete:

- Verify that all 1,000 provided product links have been processed.
- Confirm that the correct products have been imported into Shopify.
- Check product titles, descriptions, images, specifications, variants, pricing, and categories.
- Check that products are not duplicated.
- Confirm that category and subcategory assignments are correct.
- Verify product formatting, images, and tables on the shopfront.
- Confirm that the agreed AutoDS automation settings are enabled and tested where possible.
- Provide a list of any products that could not be imported and explain the reasons.

## Work Structure

Sample Listings and Setup**

- Review the supplied Amazon links and confirm the import process.
- Configure the required AutoDS import and listing settings.
- Import 3–5 sample products.
- Demonstrate complete listings, correct categories, image quality, formatting, and relevant automation settings.

** First Batch of 100 Products**

- Import and organize the first 100 products.
- Check listing accuracy, descriptions, images, specifications, categories, and formatting.
- Resolve any issues identified during review.

- Import the remaining products in manageable batches.
- Perform quality checks on every batch.
- Correct errors before submitting each batch for approval.
- Final listing links must be added in the provided sheet of Amazon links.

**Final Milestone – Complete Delivery and Verification**

- Confirm that all 1,000 products have been processed.
- Resolve outstanding errors and provide a final exception report.
- Verify the agreed categories, product templates, listing quality, and automation configuration.
- Provide a final completion summary.

Final payment will be released after the agreed deliverables have been verified and approved.

## Important Requirements
- I will provide all 1,000 Amazon product links.
- The freelancer is responsible for importing and properly configuring the listings through AutoDS.
- All listings must be accurate, complete, organised, and professionally formatted.
- No distorted images, missing descriptions, incomplete specifications, inconsistent fonts, broken layouts, missing categories, or duplicate products.
- Do not make unrelated changes to my Shopify theme or existing products.
- Do not purchase additional subscriptions or paid services without my written approval.
- Report any technical limitations or unsupported products instead of silently skipping them.
- Correct errors found during quality checks before requesting milestone approval.
- Must add the links of my website listing in front of the Amazon links provided for cross-verification.
