PURE HomeRiver is seeking an Implementation Training Manager who will be a critical part of our consolidation efforts, empowering our teams with the knowledge and skills needed for a smooth and transparent transition. This role owns the end-to-end educational architecture required to transition, upskill and empower our workforce across multiple complex platform migrations. The ideal candidate possesses exceptional communication and presentation skills, with a proven ability to convey complex information in an engaging and easy-to-understand manner. Operating with a high degree of latitude and responsibility, this role requires someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working collaboratively with internal teams to align educational milestones with corporate consolidation timelines, mitigate operational friction, and protect business continuity.

Pay Range:$60,000 - $81,000/Hour

Pay Frequency:Biweekly

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Define, launch, and manage the overarching training strategy for the transition to a new property management software, ensuring seamless operational adoption across all regional markets.

Design, develop, and scale a sophisticated training ecosystem, including interactive digital learning modules, master user guides, role-specific presentations, and rigorous hands-on evaluation exercises.

Establish an ongoing audit cycle for all training materials, independently updating content to reflect evolving industry best practices, compliance updates, and system optimizations.

Systematically gather, analyze, and translate post-training feedback and performance data into actionable insights to continually elevate training effectiveness.

Establish, monitor, and report on key performance indicators regarding platform adoption, user proficiency, and error rates to quantify the direct business impact and ROI of training initiatives.

Deliver high-level instructional support and sophisticated coaching post-transition that elevates teams past basic software navigation into advanced, high-efficiency system utilization.

Partner with executives, key stakeholders and department heads to align training milestones with broader corporate consolidation goals, timeline constraints and performance metrics.

Assist in designing and developing comprehensive training materials, including presentations, user guides, and hands-on exercises

Update and maintain existing training materials to reflect current processes and best practices.

Own the training timeline end-to-end; identify potential operational roadblocks early and deploy strategic solutions to ensure all database migration goals are achieved ahead of strict deadlines.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:

Strong communication skills

At least 2 years of experience as a Training/Facilitatioin in a workplace setting

Demonstrable experience designing a training plan

Demonstrable experience creating learning materials
