I’m building a persistent One Piece role-play server in NanosWorld that must comfortably hold 500–600 simultaneous players. I already own a large library of One Piece–themed meshes and environments in .FBX and .BLEND—Alabasta, Loguetown, Orange Town, Impel Down and about 16 more locations—which you are free to modify and polish rather than starting from scratch.

Phase 1: World block-out
Your first task is to lay out the entire oceanic world so its sheer size feels real. I need the Grand Line and Red Line placed correctly, the four Blues separated by true travel distances, and every major island silhouette positioned and scaled. At this stage islands can be empty; the goal is nailing scale, composition and navigation flow.

Phase 2: Regional atmosphere & detailing
Once I approve the block-out, each sea must gain its own atmosphere: the warm, clear East Blue; darker, wilder Grand Line waters; the imposing Red Line cliffs; plus Drum-style snow squalls, Alabasta-grade sandstorms, tropical humidity, dense fog and other weather variations tied to the island’s canon climate. Expect terrain sculpting, bespoke lighting, water shaders, volumetric fog, storm systems, region-specific ambience and environmental storytelling that feels authentically One Piece without resorting to needless poly density.

Deliverables that will let me sign off:
• Playable world-block-out map in NanosWorld with correct sea and island spacing
• Final detailed version with optimized assets, unique weather systems per region, working day/night cycle, ocean color variation, and seamless performance for 500+ players

If you are fluent in Unreal-based pipelines (NanosWorld uses UE under the hood), comfortable with large-scale open-world optimization, and excited to recreate the Grand Line faithfully, I’d love to see how you would tackle this voyage.
