*URGENT *– Experienced UK disciplinary/employment representative wanted for appeal hearing for F28 Civil Engr. Please help. MUST be allowed to work and represent me in UK. *TW* concerns about insufficient evidence, mitigation, disability adjustments, procedural fairness, and relevant physical harm incurred during hearing.
I am urgently needing an experienced UK employment representative, disciplinary specialist, trade union representative or employment-relations professional who may be available to accompany and actively advocate for me at an internal disciplinary appeal hearing on \*\*Tuesday 15 Sept 2026\*\*. Currently still INTERNAL and wanting to hopefully resolve it.
I have reached out to so many clinics, solicitors, groups, lawyers etc but they are so so busy, on holiday, or not the right type of lawyer.
I need someone who can do more than attend as a silent companion. Ideally, they need be confident speaking on my behalf, challenging assertions appropriately, requesting clarification or an adjournment where necessary, and helping me present my appeal effectively if I become distressed or have difficulty processing questions.
I have already spoken to **a union representative who was extremely concerned about the circumstances**. However, I may not have been a member long enough to qualify for assistance, so I would really appreciate anyone with relevant experience taking this seriously and considering whether they may be able to help. I have asked whether exceptional representation may be possible in this instance, but until that is approved, I currently have no representative. **Please help me.**
My appeal concerns procedural unfairness, unclear and changing allegations, insufficient evidence and notice, inadequate consideration of mitigation and disability adjustments, relevant new evidence, and a disproportionate summary dismissal. I accept the incident occurred and that disciplinary action may have been reasonable, but I dispute that gross misconduct was fairly established—particularly as I was dismissed for an allegation I was not given the opportunity to prepare for.
I have prepared a detailed, anonymised appeal and evidence pack. I need practical representation—not a general case assessment—from someone confident dealing with HR and senior management, challenging inconsistencies, and requesting clarification, breaks or adjournments when appropriate.
Please message me with your relevant experience, availability, whether you offer remote or in-person support, and your rates. I will not share confidential, classified, security-sensitive, or identifying information publicly.
