I’m looking for a single, versatile freelancer who can handle three recurring tasks for my small business.
1) Photo editing
I shoot product photos that only need basic adjustments—exposure, contrast, cropping, straightening, and consistent sizing. You’ll receive RAW or high-res JPEG files in batches; I’ll need corrected images returned in both original resolution and web-ready formats, along with the layered PSDs or Lightroom settings so I can revisit them if necessary.
2) Bookkeeping
Everything runs through QuickBooks Online. I’ll provide accountant-level access so you can record and reconcile transactions, match the bank feed, tag expenses, and produce clean month-end P&L and balance-sheet reports. This is straightforward bookkeeping; I’m not asking for tax prep or deep financial analysis, just accuracy and timeliness.
3) Excel data organisation
Supplier lists, inventory counts, and sales summaries live in Excel. Your role is to handle fast, accurate data entry, tidy up column headers, remove duplicates, apply filters, and leave each sheet ready for pivot-table-level analysis. No complex formulas are required right now—just consistency and attention to detail.
Deliverables
• Corrected photo sets (high-res + web-ready)
• A reconciled, up-to-date QuickBooks ledger with monthly reports
• Organised, error-free Excel workbooks
