Image-to-Text Typing Needed

I have a batch of images that need to be turned into clean, error-free text. Once I send the files, simply extract every word exactly as it appears, proofread for spelling or obvious OCR slips, and deliver the final text in whichever common format suits you best—plain .txt, Word, or PDF all work for me.
