Image to Editable PSD Conversion

I have a single graphic that I need rebuilt as a layered Photoshop file. The visual layout, colors, and imagery should stay just as they are now—only the main heading and key message need to be editable text layers. I don’t have the original fonts, so please pick typefaces that match the look as closely as possible or suggest close alternatives and include them in the file if you have licenses.

Final deliverable: one well-organized PSD with clearly named layers, where I can open the file in Photoshop, double-click the two text layers, and change the wording without disturbing the rest of the design.
