Image Text Transcription to Word

I have a set of scanned images whose text needs to be accurately transcribed into a single, neatly formatted Word document. Every word should be captured exactly as it appears, with correct spelling, punctuation, and paragraph breaks. Where the source shows headings, bold or italics, please reflect that styling in Word so the final file mirrors the original layout as closely as possible.

Quality matters more than speed; I will run a spot-check against the images, so the copy must be fully proof-read before delivery. Return the work as a .docx file and keep the page order identical to the images I provide. If any section is unclear or partially illegible, leave a highlighted note in the document so I can review the original.
