I need every detail from a set of scanned images transcribed into my web-based database through its built-in form. Open each image, read the fields, and submit the information exactly as shown—names, dates, IDs, everything. The system timestamps each save, so I can follow progress in real time.
You will receive a folder link with the JPG/PDF files plus form guidelines and login credentials. The database is fully online; no Excel downloads or uploads are involved.
Deliverables
• All records entered and saved in the database.
• 99 % or better accuracy when I spot-check a random sample.
A steady, error-free pace is more important than speed, and you can start as soon as you confirm.
