Image Crop & Tone Fix

I need a single image polished so it looks balanced, crisp, and properly framed. The job is straightforward: first, crop the photo to the most natural composition; then fine-tune brightness and contrast until the subject stands out without losing detail.

Please keep the final file high-resolution and send it back in both a web-ready JPEG and, if you’re working in Photoshop, the layered PSD so I can tweak it later if needed. A quick before/after preview would be appreciated just to confirm we’re on the same page prior to hand-off.
