Illustrator Book Finalisation for KDP (Kindle Direct Printing)

My 250-page book is already laid out in Adobe Illustrator; it now needs a final professional polish before uploading to Kindle Direct Publishing. Your primary focus will be publishing preparation, but there are two other small tasks that fold naturally into the workflow:

• Layout adjustments – a handful of pages need images and texts re-alignment, so element positioning is balanced on page and tidied so everything sits consistently across the full document.
• Text fixes – I will supply a marked-up list of wording corrections; simply drop those into the existing Illustrator artboards. No proofreading required.

Once those tweaks are in place, I need the entire file packaged and converted to a print-ready PDF that meets KDP’s bleed, trim-size, and image-resolution guidelines.

Proposed milestone structure:
1. Apply all text and layout edits and return updated file for comments.
2. Apply comments and complete final edits.
3. Generate final KDP-compliant PDF and Cover page (already designed, just need this saved properly).

I work in the latest version of illustrator 2026, so compatibility with that version of Illustrator is essential. If you want to take my illustrator file and edit it in InDesign, you can do this.
