Illustrated Novel Character Sheet

I’m building an ensemble of story-ready characters and need a reusable sheet that captures everything a novelist wants to keep straight. The core of the template should let me document physical appearance, background story and key personality traits in a way that’s easy to glance at while drafting.

Visual appeal matters as much as the text fields: I’d like tasteful design elements that organise the information clearly, plus a small illustrative panel for each character so I can drop in—or have you supply—simple sketches or silhouette art that reflects their look. Think of it as a hybrid between a writer’s worksheet and a mini style-guide page.

Here’s what I need from you:
• A clean, printable and fillable master file (InDesign, Affinity Publisher or layered PSD/AI are all fine)
• One finished sample character page that demonstrates how the illustrations, typography and section headings work together
• All fonts, colour specs and graphic assets organised so I can update or extend the sheet for additional characters later
