IFC 2D Docs & 3D Visualization

I will supply an up-to-date IFC model and need a BIM specialist who can turn it into a complete drawing package and a presentation-ready 3D visual set.

For the documentation side, I’m looking for clean plans, sections, elevations and details generated directly from the IFC and laid out with clear annotations and dimensions. My day-to-day platform is Archicad, so the native PLN/PLA file plus printable PDFs are essential. If you prefer to develop in Revit or export DWG along the way that’s fine, provided the final deliverables open flawlessly in Archicad and keep layers, attributes and scale intact.

Visually, the 3D work is aimed at client presentations. I want the architectural design features to stand out—massing, materiality, any signature elements—so lighting, textures and camera angles should all serve that story. High-resolution stills are mandatory; a short walkthrough or orbit animation would be a welcome bonus.

Acceptance criteria
• Accurate extraction of the IFC geometry with no missing elements
• Fully annotated and dimensioned 2D sheets, ready to plot at A1/A3
• Archicad master file + PDF set delivered
• Minimum five high-quality renders (4K) highlighting key architectural features
• All source files for the visualization (Twinmotion, Enscape, etc.) included
