IEEE Paper Layout Fix

My research paper is already drafted in Microsoft Word, comes in at under ten pages, and follows the two-column IEEE template. What I still need is meticulous alignment work so every line in both columns is fully justified and the margins look clean and even—exactly as the IEEE guidelines specify.

You would open the existing .docx, adjust paragraph settings, fix any hidden indents or spacing glitches, and make sure no orphaned lines appear when the file is re-compiled to PDF. Headings, references, and in-text equations should stay exactly where they are; I’m only looking for layout corrections, not content edits.
