Job Summary:
The International Diploma in Education (iDE) program at Edify leverages online learning to train teachers at its partner schools. It uses three integrated systems to register (registration portal using Woo Commerce on Wordpress), train (TalentLMS), and communicate/track (Salesforce) progress throughout the lifecycle of each cohort. Multiple cohorts are run concurrently across different countries over the course of a year, with thousands of participants. The primary role of this iDE Technical Coordinator position is to ensure data quality across the systems. Zapier is used to move data between systems, and Salesforce Flow is also used to perform more complex updates in Salesforce. There are also automated weekly reports in Salesforce, and quarterly end-of-term grades that must be sent out. The iDE Technical Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the program runs smoothly, which heavily involves troubleshooting and diagnosing issues as they arise. Central to this role is managing and optimizing cross-platform integrations, automations, and data syncs to ensure seamless technical operations. This role will also supplement work in these areas as assigned by leadership.
