ICAEW Affiliate Reference

I need a Chartered Accountant who can act as the official referee on my application for ICAEW affiliate status. The Institute’s form asks the referee to confirm that I am a “fit and proper” person for this authorisation, so the signature must come from someone already holding ACA/FCA status and in good standing with the ICAEW.
