I need an experienced Identity & Access Management consultant who can take full ownership of a multi-tool rollout covering Sailpoint, Okta and MS Entra. The engagement centres on three critical capabilities—user provisioning, access governance and enterprise-wide Single Sign-On—while also unlocking the AI-native features now bundled with these platforms.
Scope
• Assess my current legacy systems and map out the optimal integration path for each of the three tools.
• Design role-based provisioning workflows, governance policies and SSO configurations that align with industry best practices and our internal security standards.
• Configure and optimise Sailpoint, Okta and MS Entra in a way that lets them coexist smoothly, sharing authoritative data sources and automating lifecycle events.
• Surface and demonstrate the AI-driven insights available in these products so we can tighten entitlements and streamline audits.
Deliverables
1. Architecture & integration blueprint (diagrams and narrative).
2. Fully configured environments for Sailpoint, Okta and MS Entra, connected to our legacy apps.
3. Policy and run-book documentation, including AI use-case guidelines.
4. Knowledge-transfer session with my technical team and a post-implementation health-check report.
Acceptance criteria
• All legacy systems authenticate through the new SSO flow without user disruption.
• User lifecycle events propagate within 60 seconds across all connected directories.
• Access reviews generate actionable AI recommendations with ≤5 % false-positive rate.
• Documentation is complete, clear and reproducible by an internal admin.
