i am looking forward revit specialist—one 2D drawing set and one coordinated 3D model—for several complex building types. Each pair has to meet or exceed LOD 300 (350 is ideal) and be organised by discipline so that Architectural sheets/models live in their own file and Structural sheets/models in another.

Here is exactly what I’m after:

• Building categories to cover: offices, schools, hospitals, hotels, industrial and institutional projects.
• Native .rvt files only, for both the sheet sets and the models.
• A-series sheets matched to the architectural model; S-series sheets matched to the structural model.
• Geometry, views, schedules and annotations in the 3D file must align perfectly with the delivered 2D sheets—no missing elements or placeholder geometry.
• Clean project browser, no unused views, families or links; models must open without unresolved references or warnings.
