I’m developing a youth-oriented enclave that blends farm-stay villas with a small cluster of permanent residential homes, and I need two complementary skill sets to move it forward.

First, the architecture: I’m aiming for a modern aesthetic warmed by subtle rustic accents—think clean lines, natural textures, and generously sized windows that frame the surrounding fields. Eco-friendly materials are non-negotiable, and the interior should balance open, flowing social zones with a few traditionally enclosed rooms for privacy. If you can translate those ideas into site plans, floor plans, and 3-D visualisations (SketchUp, Revit, or similar), we’re already speaking the same language.

Second, the back-office groundwork: as the project scales, I have a growing pile of spreadsheets that track everything from material quotes to guest inquiries. I need meticulous data entry, consistent file organisation, light bookkeeping in Excel or Google Sheets, and courteous email or phone follow-ups with suppliers and prospective tenants.
