Project: 3D Automotive Spaceframe Chassis & 3D Printable Aero Body Kit (F1 / Le Mans Hypercar Style)

Goal:
Full 1:1 scale parametric 3D CAD assembly (SolidWorks or Fusion 360 preferred) for a custom two-seater hybrid micro-kart, along with sliced 3D-printable outer body panels for an upcoming engineering exhibition (SciFest).

Key Mechanical & Frame Specs:
- Dimensions: Overall Length 2,250 mm, Wheelbase 1,550 mm, Front & Rear Track Width 1,280 mm, Cockpit Legroom 1,180 mm, Max Frame Height 980 mm, Ground Clearance 120 mm.
- Structure: Bare spaceframe using 1.25-inch (31.75 mm) square steel tubing (0.125" wall thickness) with corner node gussets (4mm plate steel).
- Steering & Suspension: Front double A-arm pickup points (18° Ackermann, 5° caster, 2° camber) and CNC-machined aluminum front upright knuckles.
- Powertrain & Rear Axle: 50mm solid rear axle mounted via UCPA210 pillow block plates + dual motor/engine slotted mounting plates.

Body Shell & 3D Printing Requirements:
- Adapt an LMDh / Le Mans Hypercar aerodynamic body shell over the chassis.
- Slice/split the large body panels (nose cone, side pods, rear wing, splitter) into smaller interlocking tiles with alignment pins/tabs so they can be 3D printed on standard FDM printers (200x200mm bed size).

Deliverables Required:
1. Master Native Assembly (.SLDASM or .F3D) + STEP files.
2. Individual 3D-printable body panel files (.STL) with interlocking tabs.
3. 2D fabrication drawing / blueprint for the frame tubing layout.
