I’m ready to commission a complete design-to-production package for a warehouse hydraulic lift dedicated to goods and cargo handling. The unit must safely raise and lower loads in the 1–5 ton range and fit seamlessly into a typical warehouse workflow.
What I need from you
• Engineering design: Detailed 3-D CAD (SolidWorks or similar), hydraulic circuit diagrams, structural calculations and FEA showing the platform, scissor or ram mechanism, guardrails and locking points.
• Manufacturing package: DXF files, machining drawings, welding symbols, full bill of materials with sourced components (cylinders, pump, valves, hoses, power unit).
• Compliance & safety: Design must respect common warehouse safety practices and relevant standards (ISO 4413, CE directives or local equivalent). Please include risk assessment and recommended safety interlocks.
• Prototype/production support: Guidance on fabrication, assembly jigs, oil selection, load testing procedures and a commissioning checklist. If you can also arrange or supervise fabrication, note that in your bid.
• Documentation: Illustrated user manual, maintenance schedule and spare-parts list.
Acceptance criteria
1. Design proves static and dynamic stability for a 5 ton distributed load with 25 % safety margin.
2. All drawings are complete, clear and ready for fabrication without further rework.
3. Lift achieves target travel height and cycle time we confirm during kickoff.
4. Prototype (or first unit) passes load and function tests with documented results.
Please outline your relevant hydraulic lift experience, the CAD/hydraulic software you will use, and your proposed timeline from concept to deliverables.
