Hyderabad Interior Site Supervisor

I’m handing over a residential interior project in Sangareddy, Hyderabad, and I need an on-site supervisor who can keep the work moving smoothly for the next two months until final hand-over.

You’ll be on site every day, coordinating carpenters, vendors and other trades, checking workmanship, tracking progress against the schedule and flagging any delays before they snowball. I expect a quick photo/video log at the end of each day so I always know exactly where we stand.

The crew on the ground speaks Telugu and Hindi, while I’ll be communicating with you in English, so fluency in all three is essential. A solid background in interior or modular-interior supervision—ideally with residential projects—is a must; you should already know your way around materials, finishes, and typical site workflows, and be comfortable arranging or procuring items locally whenever something is short.

Key deliverables
• Daily site visit and hands-on supervision

• Immediate escalation of issues that might affect quality, cost or timeline
