I’m looking to form a long-term relationship with an experienced IT professional who can keep our small office running smoothly day-to-day. The core of the role is ongoing support and maintenance that blends quick remote troubleshooting with scheduled on-site visits when hands-on work is unavoidable.
Scope of what you’ll be maintaining
• Workstations, laptops, printers, scanners, and other everyday office hardware
• Network infrastructure—routers, switches, Wi-Fi access points, and the internet connection itself
• Core software, user accounts, routine patching, and dependable data-backup procedures
Typical tasks range from monitoring systems, applying security updates, resolving connectivity hiccups, to swapping out a stubborn printer drum or restoring a user profile after a mishap. I’m happy to align on a service schedule—say, remote checks several times a week and an in-person visit every month or as emergencies dictate.
Please let me know:
• The remote-support toolset you prefer (AnyDesk, TeamViewer, RMM platforms, etc.)
• Your response-time targets and how you track tickets
• Experience creating or following basic SLAs for small businesses
My goal is predictable uptime, clear communication, and zero-drama recoveries when something does go wrong. If that matches how you work, I look forward to your proposal and a productive partnership.
