Hybrid CCTV Monitoring & Maintenance

I need an experienced CCTV operator who is completely comfortable working on a hybrid setup that mixes legacy analogue cameras with newer digital-IP units. Your day will be split between two main environments—indoor office buildings and surrounding outdoor public areas—so you should already understand the different lighting, privacy and incident-response challenges each space presents.

Core responsibilities
• Monitor live feeds in real time, flagging and escalating any security or safety incident the moment it appears.
• Review recorded footage on request, pulling out clear, time-stamped clips and written summaries for management or law-enforcement use.
• Keep the entire hybrid system healthy: run routine diagnostics, swap or configure cameras/DVRs/NVRs, and troubleshoot connectivity or image-quality issues before they become downtime.

Shift patterns are flexible; I’m currently filling a weekday afternoon/evening slot but may add weekend or overnight coverage later. If you already have retail-store monitoring experience, let me know—future expansion into that area is possible.

Deliverables I’ll use to sign off each milestone
1. Daily incident log with clip links or file names.
2. Weekly maintenance checklist showing tests run, firmware upgrades applied and any faults discovered/resolved.
3. On-demand investigative reports within 12 hours of a request.
