I need a qualified HVAC engineer to carry out a detailed assessment of an existing system that is showing signs of poor airflow. The primary goal is to diagnose the root cause of this malfunction and provide a clear, data-driven report that I can hand to my facilities team for follow-up work.
During your site visit you will be expected to:
• Inspect all major components—air handler, ductwork, dampers, filters, fans, and controls.
• Measure static pressure, airflow rates, and temperature differentials to verify performance against design specs.
• Identify any mechanical, electrical, or control faults that are contributing to the airflow problem.
• Recommend corrective actions ranked by urgency and cost-effectiveness.
The final report should include test results, annotated photos where helpful, and concise recommendations that a maintenance crew can implement without further clarification.
If you have experience using diagnostic tools such as manometers, anemometers, and data loggers—and can turn around a professional report quickly—let’s talk.
