Hungry SDRs – US/SA Only

I’m expanding our outbound team and need self-motivated Sales Development Representatives who can live on the phone and see this as the first step in a long-term sales career, not a short-term stop-gap. You must already be based in the United States or South Africa.

What matters most to me is a proven feel for communication—about a year of hands-on experience helps, but attitude will outweigh tenure. From day one you’ll receive structured sales-technique and communication-skills training so you can sharpen your craft while hitting your numbers.

Day-to-day expectations
• 150–200 outbound dials every workday
• Confident prospect conversations via phone calls, emails and LinkedIn messages
• Maintain a professional, active LinkedIn presence that reflects our brand

The initial contract runs six months, with clear pathways to extend and grow inside the organization for those who consistently perform.
