I need an approved T-shirt concept manually recreated as clean, professional vector artwork for DTF printing. I will provide the approved mockups as visual references. Please preserve the overall design rather than reimagining it.
This project requires five unique designs and six final-size exports.
Front designs
Standard front:
“P50”
“GATLINBURG 2026”
Small mountain accent
Spouse front:
“P50”
“GATLINBURG 2026”
“PAUL’S BETTER HALF”
Small mountain accent
Paul’s front:
“P50”
“GATLINBURG 2026”
“THE BIRTHDAY LEGEND”
Small mountain accent
Back designs
Guest back:
“I’M ONE OF THE FRIENDS IN LOW PLACES”
“PAUL’S 50TH • GATLINBURG 2026”
“POOR LIFE CHOICES • GREAT VIEWS”
Paul’s back:
“I’VE GOT FRIENDS IN LOW PLACES”
“PAUL’S 50TH • GATLINBURG 2026”
“POOR LIFE CHOICES • GREAT VIEWS”
The back designs should use the approved original detailed style: an upscale vintage distillery badge with an ornate border, Smoky Mountain scenery, pine trees, a central whiskey glass, and restrained decorative flourishes. “LOW PLACES” should remain the largest wording.
Required dimensions
All front designs: 3.25″ wide, proportional height
Guest back: export at both 8″ and 9″ wide
Paul’s back: 9″ wide
Use tight artwork bounds with no unnecessary transparent margins
Color palette
Please use only these four flat colors:
Warm cream: #F3E2BF
Aged tan: #C89B65
Muted copper: #B8653B
Olive green: #66704A
Black should be transparent negative space so the black shirt shows through. Please do not include a black background.
Technical requirements
Manually recreate the artwork as true vectors
Do not use AI-generated text or automatic image tracing as the finished artwork
Fully transparent background
No gradients, shadows, glow, blur, soft edges, or semitransparent pixels
Keep every printed line, opening, and distressed detail at least 0.02″/0.5 mm at final size
Use only light, controlled distressing—no tiny scattered speckles
Convert all text to vector outlines
Do not mirror the artwork
Use tight artboard boundaries
Check all spelling and punctuation carefully
Prepare the artwork in Adobe RGB (1998)
Files requested
Editable source files in AI, EPS, or SVG format
Individual vector PDFs with transparent backgrounds
Individual transparent PNGs at 300 DPI and their exact final print sizes
A color reference listing the four colors used
Commercial printing and usage rights
Please first provide a cost to produce these files.
Once I accept your offer, I will request proofs of all five unique designs before creating the final exports. Include at least one revision round so wording, spacing, colors, and consistency can be corrected if necessary.
Please also note that the black background is to show how the image will look on a black t shirt. The designer must remove those panels and recreate each design with a genuinely transparent background.
