Humanitarian Documentary Video Editor Needed

I have several hours of raw footage captured on location with midwives and doctors working in humanitarian settings, and I need it shaped into a compelling short-form documentary. The story is already outlined; what I am missing is a skilled editor who can elevate the material through advanced effects, thoughtful color correction, and polished pacing so viewers feel the urgency and hope of the project without losing authenticity.

The workflow I picture is straightforward: I supply the footage (ProRes 4:2:2 plus a few mobile-shot clips), a rough paper edit, interview transcripts, and music beds. You bring the professional touch—grading that balances dim clinic interiors with sun-washed exteriors, subtle motion graphics for names and key facts, and seamless sound balancing. Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve are both fine with me as long as I receive a clean, broadcast-ready master.
