HUF Deed Reissue & Karta Change

I have misplaced the original HUF deed and the existing male Karta is no longer willing to act. I now need to place my wife at the helm and recreate the deed from scratch. Apart from the HUF’s PAN card, I hold no supporting papers, so I’m looking for an experienced Indian professional who can walk me through every formal step—right from lodging a declaration of loss, to drafting the fresh deed, to updating banks and the Income-tax department.

What I expect from you
• A clear, chronological roadmap of the entire procedure, showing where and how each form or affidavit is filed.
• A definitive list of documents each authority will demand (Registrar, bank, IT Department, etc.) along with alternate proofs if something is missing.
• Draft formats: loss affidavit, indemnity bond, public notice, the new HUF deed naming my wife as Karta, and any covering letters required.
• Guidance on notifying the assessing officer, amending PAN details if needed, and ensuring seamless transition of signing authority at the bank.

I will handle physical filing and notarisation locally; your role is to supply airtight documentation and answer my questions until the deed is accepted and my wife is officially recognised as Karta. Indian-law expertise is essential, and prior experience with similar HUF assignments will be highly valued.
