HubSpot setup and support for 6-month B2B partner campaign

We are pricing a six-month Azure partner campaign. It needs HubSpot setup for an existing base of about 450 partners plus new leads: landing page and form, audience segments, email follow-up, webinar registration and reminders, LinkedIn lead tracking, and reporting. Please tell us what you would personally handle, your availability before the 16 November launch, and your estimated hours or fixed price for setup and monthly support.
