## Job title
HubSpot Multi-Hub GTM Expert / Team — Start Immediately, Launch Next Week
## Project description
We are looking for an experienced freelancer or team to build and run our go-to-market operation in HubSpot, with the first campaign launching next week, during the week of 5 October 2026.
We need a hands-on delivery partner who can turn our strategy into an organised, measurable operation, not simply provide advice or a strategy presentation.
## Our growth objectives
With the support of agencies, we aim to onboard:
- **150 State Destination Marketing Organisations (DMOs) globally.**
- **150 airports.**
- **Up to 10 Local DMOs per participating state.**
These are overall programme objectives, not next-week onboarding targets. The immediate priority is to launch a focused first campaign next week, then expand through a realistic phased rollout.
## Essential HubSpot experience
You must have practical implementation and management experience across:
- **Sales Hub:** Prospecting, follow-up, pipelines and opportunity management.
- **Marketing Hub:** Segmentation, lead capture, email, nurture and conversion tracking.
- **Data Hub:** Data structure, quality, enrichment, integrations and reliable data flows.
- **Service Hub:** Customer onboarding, support processes and sales-to-service handoffs.
- **Content Hub:** Website content, landing pages and conversion journeys.
- **Commerce Hub:** Quotes, payments and commercial handoffs where relevant.
We are not looking for a single-hub specialist. An individual must explain how they cover the required skills. A team must name one accountable lead and identify who owns each area. Work must fit the features available in our account; additional costs require approval.
## What you will own
1. Complete a rapid readiness review of our current HubSpot setup, reuse existing assets and fix launch-critical gaps. Do not delay launch for a full account rebuild.
2. Turn our GTM priorities into a practical execution plan with owners, deadlines and milestones.
3. Organise target accounts, contacts, agencies and relationships between State DMOs, Local DMOs and airports.
4. Build and manage outreach, follow-up, lead qualification, pipelines and onboarding processes.
5. Create the missing email templates, landing-page content, booking journeys and sales materials.
6. Coordinate supporting agencies, including account ownership, introductions, handoffs and reporting.
7. Use our editorial podcast as an entry point to DMO relationships while tracking participation separately from paid opportunities.
8. Build reporting on qualified conversations, opportunities, revenue and completed onboarding.
9. Maintain data quality, appropriate consent practices, documentation and clear access controls.
Our inflight editorial programmes must be presented as editorial content, not advertising. Distribution, pricing and reach claims must be verified before publication.
## Immediate launch timeline
**Start immediately. First campaign must launch during the week of 5 October 2026.** State your earliest start date and proposed launch date in your application. Apply only if you can allocate the capacity needed for this deadline.
- **Immediately after appointment:** Confirm the first audience, offer, call to action and campaign owner. Review existing contacts, content and HubSpot setup; identify launch blockers and decisions needed from us.
- **Before launch next week:** Prepare the approved target audience, campaign copy, landing page or booking journey, follow-up process and essential reporting. Test forms, links, routing and tracking; check consent, suppression and sending readiness before approval.
- **Launch next week:** Activate the approved first campaign with clear reply handling, sales ownership and next actions. Prioritise a focused, tested launch over completing every hub improvement.
- **First two weeks after launch:** Monitor responses, manage follow-up, report early results and improve the journey. Continue wider hub optimisation and agency onboarding alongside live activity.
Confirm deadline feasibility after the rapid readiness review. Escalate material blockers immediately with a practical alternative; do not bypass consent, quality checks or launch approval to meet the date.
Deliverables must be implemented and tested in our account. A presentation alone is not completion. Ongoing management will be agreed based on scope and results.
## Ideal candidate
- Evidence of delivering B2B pipeline and commercial outcomes through HubSpot.
- Hands-on multi-hub experience, not certifications alone.
- Experience coordinating agencies or partner-led growth.
- Strong copywriting, automation, CRM operations and reporting skills.
- Ability to work independently with a founder and communicate clearly.
- Tourism, aviation or destination marketing experience is an advantage.
## Working expectations
One accountable lead, one shared action plan and a short weekly progress review. Keep founder decisions simple and prioritised. All accounts, data, assets and documentation remain owned by us. Outbound launches, additional spending and major system changes require approval.
## Please include in your proposal
1. Two relevant HubSpot projects, your exact contribution and measurable results.
2. Your experience with each hub listed above and any specialist support needed.
3. Your practical plan to launch next week: proposed launch date, first audience and journey, required inputs from us, launch-critical deliverables and risks. Include your approach to the wider onboarding targets.
4. How you would coordinate agencies and track their contribution in HubSpot.
5. Your named lead, team structure, weekly capacity and availability.
6. Separate costs for initial setup and ongoing management, plus exclusions and third-party costs.
**Start:** Immediate. **First campaign launch:** Week of 5 October 2026. **Budget:** Propose a fee for the launch phase and a separate ongoing management fee.
We will prioritise proposals that demonstrate practical ownership, connected HubSpot delivery and a credible plan for scaling onboarding.
