HubSpot Follow-Up Workflow Setup

I’m looking for someone who already knows their way around HubSpot to tidy up the loose ends in a small, well-defined campaign. You’ll be working with a single product and its matching audience; all contacts and product collateral are ready for you inside the portal.

First milestone
I need you to map one lead stage and build a three-message sequence aimed at closing the sale. In draft (test-only) mode, the workflow must trigger:
• email reminders to the lead
• task assignments to the owner
• automated notifications to me for oversight

When that’s done, send me screenshots of every step, plus the internal test results. Absolutely no live sends until I give written sign-off.

After sign-off, I have more sequences to commission at a fixed price per batch—no hourly tracking.

Essentials
• Proven experience creating HubSpot automations (tell me which other platforms you’ve handled as well)
• Respect for data privacy—no new lists, no scraping, no unapproved imports
• Clear, concise documentation so I can replicate or hand off the process later

Quote me a flat fee for the first milestone and include a short note on similar workflows you’ve built before.
