You’ll be working closely with the team to understand how the HubSpot account is structured and how different workflows, processes, and configurations connect. The goal is not simply to make changes, but to make the right changes without disrupting what is already working.

Help document processes and CRM configurations where needed
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective HubSpot solutions
Continuously look for opportunities to make the CRM more efficient, scalable, and user-friendly
Compensation & Schedule
Pay is dependent on experience and level of expertise.
This is a fully remote role, with the ability to work US business hours required.

Ability and willingness to work US business hours
The Ideal Candidate
Thinks beyond simply completing a configuration request and considers the impact of the change
Enjoys improving processes and finding better ways to use a CRM
