I want a clean, responsive personal portfolio site built entirely with custom HTML5 and CSS3—no templates, no frameworks. The primary goal is to showcase my work, so visual polish and fast load times matter more than heavy effects.

Core sections
• About Me
• Project Gallery with space for images and short write-ups
• Contact Form that sends submissions to my email (vanilla JavaScript or lightweight PHP is fine)

Design direction
I already have a simple logo and a preferred color palette; you’ll receive those as soon as we start. I like minimal, spacious layouts that keep attention on the projects, so consistency in typography and spacing is important. The build needs to be fully responsive down to mobile widths and should hold up in the latest versions of Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge.

Deliverables
• index.html plus any additional HTML files if you split sections
• styles.css (organized, commented)
• Optional script file for the contact form
• A README with setup notes and where to edit content
• All assets optimized (SVG/PNG/JPG, max 500 KB per image)

Acceptance criteria
1. Lighthouse performance score of 90+ on both mobile and desktop.
2. Form submits successfully and shows a friendly confirmation state.
3. Layout remains intact at 320 px width with no horizontal scroll.

Once done, zip the project folder and push to a private Git repo for my review. I’ll give prompt feedback, and we can iterate quickly if tweaks are needed.
