HRM Paper Reformat & Restructure

I have an academic manuscript in Human Resource Management that already contains the comprehensive research, literature review, and reference list. What I now need is an experienced HRM writer-editor to overhaul the structure, tighten the flow, and ensure it meets typical journal requirements.
