HR Data Analysis Power BI Dashboard

Built an interactive Power BI dashboard analyzing HR data for over 1000 employees across 3 countries and 7 departments. The dashboard tracks key workforce metrics including total salary, average age, hiring trends, gender diversity, and bonus distribution. Raw data was cleaned and transformed using Power Query, with custom DAX measures built for accurate KPI calculations. The dashboard includes interactive filters (Department, Gender, Job Title, Country, Business Unit) allowing users to explore the data dynamically, along with visualizations like salary distribution charts, employee count by department, global employee distribution maps, and age group segmentation.
