About the business
Passerelle HR LLC is a new Chicago-based consultancy that builds customized HR systems for small companies and then supports them month to month. We also offer HR administration (payroll, onboarding, hiring support) as an add-on. I’m looking for a clear, credible, professional website that explains this simply and makes it easy to get in touch.
Pages needed
Home: a short statement of what we do, who it’s for, and how it works in three steps, with a clear “Contact us” button.
Services: the System Build, Monthly Support, and HR Administration, with a short description of each and a link to the contact form. A list of the ten HR systems we can build (I will supply the text).
How it works: our 5-step method and a typical 4 to 8 week timeline per system.
About: my background and credentials, with a photo (I will supply the text).
Resources: a simple blog or guides section for future articles.
Contact: a simple form that sends to my business email, plus the Chicago address and phone number.
Also needed: privacy policy and terms pages (a template is fine), and a short note that we do not use AI to screen or rank job candidates.
Not needed now: online payments, client login, or an online shop. Testimonials and case studies will be added later by me, so please include an easy-to-edit section for them, but no placeholder reviews.
Technical requirements
Built on WordPress or a similarly easy platform, so I can edit text, images and posts myself.
Mobile-first, fast-loading, working on all major browsers and devices.
Basic on-page SEO, Google Analytics, and a contact form that reliably delivers email.
English-language site. A French version of the home page is a possible later add-on, so please say if your quote could include it.
Important constraints
My domain is registered at Namecheap and my email is on Zoho Mail. Please do not change or delete any mail-related DNS records (MX, SPF, DKIM, DMARC), and only add the records needed to point the domain at the website. If possible, host the site so that I keep control of the domain.
The domain, hosting account, WordPress admin and all files must be in my name and handed over to me at the end.
Acceptance criteria
The site displays correctly on all major browsers and devices.
Test submissions of the contact form reach my inbox.
I receive a short video or live session showing how to edit pages, add a blog post and update images.
I have all logins, source files and licences for any themes or plugins.
