HR Assistant for Records & Payroll

I’m looking for a detail-oriented HR assistant who can keep our employee data spotless in Workday and ensure every payroll and benefits cycle runs smoothly. Your day-to-day will center on updating and auditing digital personnel files, entering job or salary changes, and coordinating with finance to release timely, error-free pay. You’ll also handle benefit enrollments and terminations, double-checking deductions and carrier feeds so nothing slips through the cracks.

Because Workday is our single source of truth, prior, hands-on experience in that platform is essential—you should already be comfortable navigating modules, creating reports, and troubleshooting common configuration issues. If you enjoy finding efficiency gains through its dashboards or calculated fields, even better.
