HPP OpenAPI Hikvision Streaming Integration

I have a Hikvision IP camera already broadcasting inside a demo environment and I will give you full, real-time access to it, you need to create your OpenAPI credentials for testing. Your task is to write a clean, self-contained script that pulls that feed through HPP OpenAPI and renders a smooth, low-latency live video stream inside a custom web portal.

Core requirement
• Show the live video feed in the browser—nothing else.

Deliverables
1. Source code for the streaming script plus the minimal web page that embeds it.
2. Simple configuration section where I can point to a different Hikvision camera later.
3. Read-me with step-by-step instructions to deploy and test in my environment.

Acceptance
When I can open the provided page, see the live feed, and refresh/connect reliably without stalls, the job is done.
