I’m looking for a licensed structural engineer who can visit the property, investigate the interior-wall cracking we’re seeing, and prepare a formal damage-assessment report on the current state of the foundation.

Here’s what I need:
• On-site visual inspection (including measurements and photos) focused on cracks in walls/foundation, with special attention to the interior walls where the issues are visible.
• Analysis of possible causes—settlement, load path changes, moisture, etc.—supported by calculations or other engineering methods you find appropriate.
• A stamped report in PDF that summarizes findings, rates the structural integrity of the foundation, and outlines remedial recommendations ranked by urgency. Make sure the document is suitable for submission to my insurer and, if necessary, the local building department.

I can arrange access to the house any day this week and will supply previous repair records on request. Ideally, the final report would be ready within 7–10 days of the site visit, but let me know if you need longer for lab tests or further analysis.

Please confirm your state licensure, expected timeline, and any additional information you’ll need from me before scheduling the inspection.
