House Floor Plan & 3D Mock-Up

I’m ready to start shaping our new home and want to focus first on the living room, kitchen and dining area. I need two clear deliverables for this single section: a detailed architectural floor plan and a realistic 3D mock-up.

The space will NOT be open concept; each room should be its own defined area with full-height walls, yet circulation between them must feel intuitive. I’m looking for thoughtful wall placement, accurate door and window sizing, and a furniture layout that shows the flow. Once the plan is locked, the 3D model should bring it to life with textures, lighting and a few styling cues so my family can picture themselves walking through it.

Please supply:
• Scaled floor plan (PDF) with dimensions and annotations, plus the native CAD file (AutoCAD or Revit preferred).
• High-resolution 3D renders—at least three angles covering all three rooms—along with the editable model file (SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit, Blender or similar).

Acceptance criteria:
1. Plan and model match precisely in room sizes, wall positions and openings.
2. Renders clearly illustrate materials, colours and lighting conditions (day and night).
3. Files are organised for easy expansion when we move on to other parts of the house.

If we’re both happy with this first milestone, there’s plenty more work ahead on bedrooms, bathrooms and the exterior. I’m excited to see how you’d lay the groundwork for a comfortable, well-planned home.
