Hotel Stop Sales Management – 7 Days/Week – Long-Term

We are looking for a reliable and highly detail-oriented freelancer to manage hotel stop sales on our booking platform.

What you will do

Our hotel partners send stop-sale notifications by email, either as an attached file or through a link to an online spreadsheet.

Your job will be to:

Check incoming stop-sale emails regularly
Read the hotel’s file/table room by room and date by date
Identify the affected room types and dates
Manually update the corresponding rooms and dates on our booking platform
Double-check every update to avoid mistakes

Training on our platform will be provided.

Important: 7-Day Coverage & 3-Hour Maximum

This is a time-sensitive daily operation.

We need coverage 7 days a week, including Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.

Every stop-sale notification must be processed within a maximum of 3 hours after receiving the email.

Reliability and responsiveness are therefore essential.

Who We Are Looking For

You should be:

Very accurate and detail-oriented
Reliable and responsive
Comfortable with Excel / Google Sheets
Comfortable performing repetitive manual data-entry tasks
Able to work independently
Able to guarantee 7-day coverage
Equipped with a stable internet connection

Experience in hotels, tourism, reservations, inventory management, or booking systems is a plus.

Long-Term Collaboration & Monthly Rate

This is a long-term recurring position, not a one-time project.

We are looking for a fixed monthly rate for this service.
